With experience teaching in grades 1-12, I am determined to set up every student for long-term success. 

While sessions will include access to worksheets and targeted practice, books are at the core of my elementary-middle demographic pedagogy: through guided novel studies, students are able to naturally learn vocabulary in context, build reading stamina, and familiarize themselves with sentence structure. 

For older students, adopting student-led coaching has allowed me to meet students where they are at, whether they are learning AP-style writing or determined to pass a general English course.
